Fairtrade communications staff around the world really appreciate ResourceSpace. It's proven invaluable as a one-stop for sharing and storing all our images and brand assets. I don't know how we'd manage without it!

ResourceSpace 11 will be released in June 2026, and we’re excited to show you how we’ve completely transformed the interface to make it the most user-friendly and intuitive Digital Asset Management platform available.
Taking customer feedback into account, we've overhauled the search, collections, the way in which users interact with resources, dash customisation and various other elements across the system to create a fresh and contemporary look and feel.
ResourceSpace 11 brings a modern dash with more flexibility whilst maintaining the customisation options our users expect.
A new, separate banner allows multiple images to be uploaded into a carousel that reinforces your brand identity and addresses accessibility concerns associated with full screen image backgrounds.
Dash tiles have been re-designed and are placed in a neat, full width grid so you can shape your dash into exactly the launchpad you need for users when they first log in.
We know how important effective searching is to ResourceSpace users. In previous versions, the simple search panel has taken up a large area and has been present on all screens - regardless of whether the user is performing a search or not. This reduced the available screen space for all other activities including browsing and uploading.
In ResourceSpace 11 the search has moved to the header area. A quick keyword search is always ready to go and the advanced search functionality is there whenever it's needed too.
When viewing large sets of search results, we know the display can be visually dense, increasing cognitive load. Resource thumbnails have been redesigned so the most common actions - selecting a resource and adding or removing it from a collection - are displayed on the thumbnail but secondary actions like editing or deleting a resource are now in a separate menu.
The actions in this menu are configurable - so you can decide which you'd like. Metadata fields configured to show on the thumbnail won't change.
The collection bar at the bottom of the screen is useful for many tasks - batch editing, relating resources, sharing content, for example, but the bar itself takes up valuable screen space and adds unnecessary complexity to the interface.
In ResourceSpace 11 we've re-designed the collection bar and, as part of the new design, taken progressive disclosure into consideration so that the actions and interactive behaviour of the bar are now behind a prominent, ever present icon button fixed to the bottom of the screen.
The functionality remains the same - and is easily accessible - but the collection bar no longer clutters the interface when it's not needed.
ResourceSpace 11 comes with an updated mobile experience. This has been overhauled completely to make sure the system is both easy to use at any screen size and the experience remains consistent across all your devices.
This is a just a taster of what's to come in the next release but we'll keep you updated on other developments in the run up to the release date in June.
