New features in ResourceSpace 10.3

We’re delighted to launch ResourceSpace 10.3, which includes lots of improvements to enhance your experience in the system. Read on for a video and summary showing how to make the most of the latest developments:

It’s been designed to replace the ResourceConnect plugin, which will be removed in ResourceSpace 10.4.

Daily email for all outstanding actions

In ResourceSpace 10.3, we’ve introduced a new email preference that allows users to receive an email with a summary of all outstanding actions waiting for them in the system. The frequency of the emails is configurable and will include things like account requests, resource requests and workflow state changes.

Front end configuration options
