Over the past few months we've had the pleasure of welcoming some great new organisations to ResourceSpace across the UK and worldwide. Whether starting afresh or moving from a free instance to one of our hosted options, our flexibility makes us a popular choice throughout the not-for-profit, public, heritage, and commercial sectors.

FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors. Made up of 18 independent organisations, the organisation works to take good quality surplus food from across the food industry, supplying it to nearly 8,500 frontline charities and community groups. 

Irish Red Cross

Founded in 1939, the Irish Red Cross is dedicated to serving people in need, whether they’re in Ireland or caught up in humanitarian crises in countries and regions throughout the globe. The Irish Red Cross maintains an active network of over 3,000 volunteers at 75 branch locations based in large and small communities throughout the Republic of Ireland.


SPEAR works to enable people experiencing homelessness to find secure accommodation and work towards a positive future. Working across South and West London, SPEAR supports those facing or experiencing homelessness so that they can quickly move into secure accommodation, get effective support, and work towards their hopes and aspirations.

The Prince's Trust

Founded in 1976 by His Majesty King Charles III when he was His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, The Prince’s Trust helps young people from disadvantaged communities and those facing the greatest adversity by supporting them to build their confidence and skills. We’re delighted that The Prince’s Trust have chosen to use ResourceSpace for their digital asset management.

Oxford University Museum of Natural History

Established in 1860 to draw together scientific studies from across the University of Oxford, the Museum of Natural History is a site of scientific research, collecting and fieldwork and plays host to a wide programme of events, exhibitions, and activities for the public and students of all ages.

Seattle Art Museum

Since 1933, Seattle Art Museum has promoted the region’s position as a crossroads where east meets west, urban meets natural, and local meets global. The museum’s collections, installations, special exhibitions and programmes feature art from around the world and build bridges between cultures and centuries. 

The Pirbright Institute

The Pirbright Institute is a world leading centre promoting research and surveillance of virus diseases of farm animals and viruses that spread from animals to humans. Based in Pirbright, Surrey, the Institute employs around 450 staff, research students and visiting scientists.



Based in Sweden, Pronomic were established in 1989 to develop premium quality lifting solutions that help businesses boost productivity and employee well-being, by making their work safer and more efficient. The team at Pronomic are specialists at tailoring mobile and stationary solutions for lifting, moving, loading, installing, stacking, assembling, and more.

HaynesBesco Group, LLC

HaynesBesco provides packaging, stationery, textiles, décor, drinkware, tabletop and various other products for retailers, department stores, specialty stores and other companies in the retail industry. The company works with many different materials and their products are either privately branded or carry registered/trademarked brands.

Alklima have been the exclusive importer of high quality Mistubishi Electric climate systems for the Netherlands for more than 25 years. Alklima also have a complete delivery programme, offering advice and guidance to installers, advisors and construction specialists.
