A secure SFTP drop folder providing a rapid way to upload a large volume of files (in the hundreds of gigabytes). ResourceSpace automatically ingests the files after upload so they can be tagged in bulk more easily once they're in the system. Tagging can also be configured to work automatically based on subfolder names within the drop folder.
For our paid hosted packages we include access to all our state-of-the-art AI tools that boost productivity for your users. These can be used to automatically tag content and process metadata, detect and recognise faces and apply tags and carry out natural language searches, reverse image searches and searches for visually similar content.
